Letter from Mid-West Tennessee Executive Director, Debra Roberson - December 2015

The holiday season is here, and with it brings some exciting news from the Mid-West TN Chapter.

Meet Heather Carbajal
I am pleased to announce that we have a new Disaster Program Manager, Heather Carbajal.  Heather previously worked for AmeriCorps and has worked with the Red Cross during a past disaster.  Please stop by the chapter, meet Heather and learn more about our future plans and events.  We are very excited to have Heather on our team!

Office Relocation
As we begin to make plans for 2016, I am happy to announce our office will be relocating.  Our new address will be 19 Stonecreek Circle, Jackson.  The renovation of the new facility has begun and our plans are to be in the new building before the end of February.  We will send out emails and progress reports.  We will also schedule a moving day and hope that some volunteers will be willing to assist us.

Make a Difference this Holiday Season
The Holiday Season is here! This is the time when things should be done and given from the heart. I want to encourage everyone to make a difference in someone else’s life during this holiday season.  Consider visiting an elderly person who may not have family or visitors or drop by to spend time with someone who is sick.

If you are looking to make a year-end tax deductible donation, please donate to the Mid-West TN Chapter of the American Red Cross.

Wishing everyone a very Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year!

Debra Roberson
Executive Director
