March Is Red Cross Month. Our canister drive is taking place at this time and we’d love your support! If you have space for a canister and would like to take donations, stop by the chapter office or give us a call at 731-427-5543. Also, please save the date, April 23rd, and plan to attend our Heroes Luncheon as we honor four local heroes for their exceptional community service.

We are now hosting regular monthly volunteer meetings.  Please come and join us for fun and fellowship, and get involved in our plans to grow together.   We greatly appreciate all of our volunteers and the hard work you do for the Red Cross. 

Last month we dealt with winter storms, snow, ice and many complications across the state.  I want to thank every volunteer who stepped up to assist during this difficult time.  In addition to the winter storms there was an increase in the number of residential fires.  During these disasters assistance was given in several ways to the victims.  Special thanks go to everyone who assisted us in fulfilling the mission of the Red Cross.
